Wholesome fruit n vegetable salad

This refreshing and filling salad will add freshness and flavors to your meal, the burst of vibrant colors is an added incentive. The fact that it has a combination of fruits, vegetables and dry fruits makes it filling. It may qualify for a meal in case you are keeping an eye on the weighing scale now a days.

Ingredients

For dressing

Lemon juice 3 Tbsp

Chaat Masala 1 Tbsp

Bhuna Jeera Powder 1/2 Tsp

Strawberry 5-6

Apple 1/2

Cucumber 1 medium

Carrot 1 medium

Tomato 1 medium

Toasted cashew nuts 1 Tbsp

Toasted peanuts 1 Tbsp

Toasted Almonds 1 Tbsp

Method:

Mix The ingredients for dressing and set aside

Chop all fruits n vegetables and then mix all ingredients and serve.

Note: Feel free to add / replace any fruits or vegetables of your choice. this is one of my favorite salads. Adding nuts makes really filling and takes its nutritious value to the next level.
