Its summers guys and I know its super hot…That’s exactly the time when you want something chilling, refreshing… but at the same time don’t want to spend much time in preparation.. that’s the idea for this very berry Fruit Punch.
Mocktails interest me because they are stylish and refreshing at the same time. I love to try and mix different juices and flavors and there you have it a new mocktail. We just need to be careful as not all juices and flavors get along pretty well. But you don’t have to worry that’s why I bring you the tried and tested ones. And if you like to experiment like me please share the ones you have tried, I would love to hear from you.
This very berry fruit punch is pretty, colorful,and its very healthy too.. as its packed with healthy berries. All you need is a few berries of your choice. You can do the same with any other fruits too for example pineapple,grapes, oranges etc.
For you guys out there, surprise your ladies with this refreshing drink that is super easy to make. Just be sure to mix this drink up only when you ready to sip it.
I don’t normally need ice in most of my drinks, till the time the juices are from the fridge directly. But if you want here’s a quick tip for you- freeze your fruits and berries and us them instead of ice (nice trick right). So let’s keep this post real short just like the recipe for this fruit punch.
Recipe for Very Berry Fruit Punch (makes 2 servings)
Ginger ale / soda -200 ml
Cranberry juice- 200ml
Lemon juice-1 Tbsp
Ginger juice- 1 Tsp
Black berries- 2 Tbsp
Chopped strawberries-2 Tbsp
1) Add berries and ice in two glasses.
2) In a pitcher or bowl add lemon juice, ginger juice, Ginger Ale and cranberry juice.(if you are using plain soda you might want to add 1 tsp more ginger juice and some sugar to taste off course)
3) Pour it in the glasses and sip in the chill.
